Payments for paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our seller of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles payment processing, applies local taxes, and issues VAT invoices. Paddle's current registered office address appears on every receipt; you can also find it at paddle.com.
For billing questions, you can reach us at support@icvfxtools.com or follow the support link in any Paddle receipt email. Refund requests are processed by us through Paddle; see our Refund Policy.
4.Reporting a security issue
If you find a security issue in our software, API, or websites, please email support+legal@icvfxtools.com with the subject “Security report”. Include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce if possible, and your contact details so we can follow up.
We commit to:
- acknowledge your report within 3 business days;
- provide a status update within 14 days;
- not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers acting within reasonable disclosure norms.
Please do not test on live data or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
